About
I am a Senior Applied Scientist at Machinify. Previously, I completed my Ph.D. in Operations Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I was advised by Prof. Retsef Levi. I also hold a Master of Business Analytics from MIT and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique (Paris).
My research aims to leverage AI to improve large-scale operations:
In healthcare systems, (i) my work at Machinify focuses on reshaping healthcare payment integrity and operational efficiency; (ii) my collaboration with Takeda Pharmaceuticals has led to a novel AI-enabled system for drug-safety pharmacovigilance; and (iii) my research at MIT developed an early-warning system for infectious respiratory viruses.
In food systems, (i) I designed operational models for food-safety management, and (ii) my most recent research focuses on evaluating the potential of AI-powered agricultural extension services to enhance food security.
Beyond these domains, my broader research explores how AI can create transformative impact in areas such as e-governance and cybersecurity.
I am passionate about translating research into practice through collaborations such as the Food Supply Chain Analytics and Sensing initiative and the MIT-Takeda program.
Earlier in my career, I gained cross-sector experience in finance, at BNP Paribas and Rothschild & Co, healthcare, at Clinica International, and transportation, at MBTA.
